Base location will change based on location of successful candidate. Job Summary: This position is in place to help implement and ensure the No Wrong Door Model within Northwest Minnesota, which encompasses a 9-county region. Within the respectable counties, this position administers trainings, participates/runs protocol and task force meetings, is a point of reference for consults and referrals, runs youth prevention groups, and establishes/maintains community partnerships. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field plus 1 year of experience working with youth or an associates degree in a related field plus 5 years of experience working with youth. Drivers license and insurance required. Must have knowledge of adolescent development and a high comfort level discussing sexuality. Working knowledge of MN Safe Harbor/No Wrong Door Model. Ability to prioritize and manage a large and diverse workload.
