Job Description:

What You’ll Do

As Chief of Staff to the Discover Global Network Governance Leadership, this role will drive a wide range of day-to-day activities, strategic planning and projects or initiatives. This will include creating strategic planning documentation, organizing team meetings and events, leading strategic projects, driving coordination and alignment of key business goals and priorities, managing engagement-focused initiatives, etc. Participates with leadership team to define, develop and execute the strategies and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals. Responsible for managing a team delivering strategy work and/or executing on key pieces of the organizations objectives.

Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

How You’ll Do It

Drive organization administration including financial forecast accuracy and adequacy, weekly executive communication, monthly business reviews and ad-hoc activities as required.

Facilitate exceptional communication in support of Governance and Complaints teams.

Special initiatives ownership and design to drive business evolution.

Create content and presentation development for a wide variety of audiences including executive leadership, town halls and business partners.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or related field.

5 years of experience in financial analysis, business administration, project management or related.

In lieu of a degree, 10 years of experience in financial analysis, business administration, project management or related.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
