Job Title: HEOR Manager

Job Description

The Manager, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Oncology will join a high-caliber team to execute HEOR strategies and tactics for Oncology and early pipeline assets in Oncology. The individual will support the Director and/or Associate Director of Oncology to ensure project plans integrate and align with the product strategic plans from matrix teams to maintain leadership in Oncology. The HEOR Manager will provide updates on the execution of plans to products, develop product strategic plans, and liaise with other team members to generate innovative ideas and create alignment on strategies.

Responsibilities:

– Develop strategic plans and studies to support patient access within a highly matrixed, team environment.

– Communicate study findings to internal matrix and external audiences, including payers, patient advocacy groups, and KOLs.

– Develop and execute HEOR projects, including writing RFPs, vendor selection, and management, including budget oversight.

– Execute HEOR research using internal data sets, including writing protocols and statistical analysis plans, defending them in protocol review committees, and executing research with analysts to write final reports or publications using prospective, retrospective, modeling, PROs, meta-analyses, and hybrid designs.

– Understand and translate the strategic direction of the brand into evidence solutions in partnership with integrated brand teams, focusing on the impact of evidence generation to solve complex issues.

– Partner with internal stakeholders, including development, on-market cross-functional teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and others, to execute on the evidence needs of the asset.

– Maintain awareness of regulatory legislation and assess its impact on business and product development programs.
