The Head of Executive Office will report directly to the Head of SI Buildings (U.S.) and is responsible for driving strategic priorities, leading organizational change, and guiding key business initiatives. Acting as a Chief of Staff, this role collaborates closely with the Head of Strategic Marketing to navigate industry trends, competitor activities, and M&A opportunities

In this pivotal role you will:

Drive change management initiatives across the business unit, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation.

Lead and support strategic initiatives across the BU, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Facilitate business review meetings , ensuring seamless communication of strategic priorities, and tracking the execution of action items to drive organizational alignment and performance.

Spearhead high-impact strategic initiatives across the business , communicating and driving cross-functional synergy while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives

Conduct M&A analysis and due diligence , serving as a key point of contact for relevant activities and ensuring a solid pipeline of potential acquisition targets.

Partner closely with the Head of Strategic Marketing to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and identify future business opportunities or risks.

Lead the creation of executive presentations related to strategic topics, including developing business cases for C-level audiences.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in strategy consulting, M&A, or business development roles.

Demonstrated experience with large-scale change management programs and critical initiative.

Bachelors degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in smart buildings or related industries.

MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, integration strategies, and post-close management.

Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and drive to consensus.

Established strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and identify strategic opportunities.

Demonstrated highly developed communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.

Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in facilitating and collaborating across diverse teams and functions.

Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.

The pay range for this position is $165,410-$283,500 with an annual target incentive. The actual wage offered may vary depending on budget, candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
