Field Service Engineer

Install, commission, and provide machine start-up services of machines.

Repair, test and calibrate machines in the field at customer locations.

Provide hands-on machine training to customer maintenance personnel, production operators, and sanitation personnel.

Perform complete mechanical and electrical diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repairs to existing customer equipment.

Perform inspections and routine electrical and mechanical maintenance on existing customer machines.

Track and maintain accurate records of all parts and materials used for repairs or replacements.

Maintain a safe and clean work area while working at customer sites.

Adhere to all local safety policies and procedures when on-site at customer location.

Troubleshoot and repair PC boards.

Program test fixtures.

PLC Programming and modifications.

Candidate must be open to 30-40% travel to customer sites.
