IMMEDIATE HIRE -100% REMOTE POSITION – $16 per/hour depending on experience
ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting PARTS COORDINATOR to join our team.

Job Description:
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for all things parts tracking related within the parts department. In addition to tracking inventory, purchasing parts, and communicating with customers on items needed for maintenance and repair work orders/projects, you will be working with other ABCO employees to ensure work is moving along. The major roles and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Daily use of Excel and other internal systems to update other on parts and monitor and prioritize flow of tracking parts
Utilizing the Web to search for items needed/requests
Tracking of parts shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers
Emial monitoring and communications for updates on tasks – we are a email heavy company
Substantial phone usage for communications with customers/client stores that a part has bene delivered onsite.
The individual in this role will also provide support & admin functions to other departments and colleagues as needed.
Position Requirements
Requirements
No Job hopping and a good track record of employment with at least one job of 5 years in length at one company.
Experience in continued administrative functions (4 years)
Multi-tasking
Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills
Good phone personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
