Apqp Engineer

Description:

The APQP Engineer is a project management/process flow job.

There are a number of PFMEAs that this person reviews with the person creating them. This person won’t necessarily create them, but they will use their previous manufacturing experience to be able to challenge the information and seek to understand. Ask questions like what if a,b,c happens? Make sure all possible outcomes are considered. Should be able to confirm that PPAP was created with all of the appropriate and necessary information needed.

Requirements:

APQP and PPAP experience in a manufacturing environment

ability to manage multiple projects at once

comfortable working with and speaking with cross-functional groups

strong communication/leadership skills; ability to help direct work

Bachelors degree in engineering prerred
