Field Service Tech (Field Service Technician)

OVERVIEW: The primary purpose and function of this position is to provide preventative maintenance and repair services at customer locations in accordance with established procedures and methods using appropriate tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Provide service to customers in accordance with Handicares terms and
conditions
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and Handicares
employees
– Accurately identifies customer expectations and
needs and recommend products and services based on observed customer
needs
– Participate in all training programs and demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and concepts obtained from these training programs
– Prepare and submit accurate reports on
time
– Maintain expenses and required inventory in accordance with Handicares
guidelines
– Comply with all Handicare, customer, and government Health and Safety
regulations
– Responsible for regular maintenance and cleanliness of
vehicle
– Accountable for maintaining vehicle inventory, tool inventory and good condition of tools
provided
– Commitment to providing superior customer
service
– On occasion and as required, assist with training new hires via job shadowing and demonstration of tasks.
– Other duties as
required

– This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
