Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
Assemble components and systems based upon work instructions, drawings/schematics, or models. Follow safety rules and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse. Assemble according to work instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists. Use measuring instruments, layout tools, power tools, and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and clamps to join parts, fittings, and assemblies. Cut, trim, file, seal, bend, and smooth parts and verify sizes and fitting tolerances to ensure proper fit and clearance of parts. Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications to determine layouts, sequences of operations, or identities and relationships of parts. Adjust, repair, rework, or replace assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and ensure proper operation. Provide input to create new or improve existing work instructions. Document actions by completing production and quality forms. Assist business development in expanding product offerings. Engage in special projects as assigned to support business requirements or promote personal growth. Execute other duties as assigned by management.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Grandview, Missouri.

Smaller facility but getting ready to expand due to increasing orders.
