Do you have computer skills? Do you enjoy fast paced work, attention to detail and working in a production environment with a small, fun team? At Hallmark Business Connections, you will be part of a great team while still demonstrating the ability to work independently. Must have the ability to work evening/night shift, longer days, and some weekends, based on business needs. Your primary shift will be evening/night shift.

The Order Assembly Specialist will pick, print, process, finish and package personalized greeting and custom orders to customer specifications. Demonstrates proficiency in setting and operating laser printers, paper banders, folders, FedEx shipping stations, envelope sealers, etc. Maintains quality standards and delivers against deadlines.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

The Order Assembly Specialist will be located at our Liberty Distribution Center in Liberty, MO.

You’ll work with a small, fun team and be appreciated for your work. We offer competitive wages and benefits, including shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We also offer a climate-controlled environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to read, write and understand English.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with computer, office and/or mailing machines.

Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to work evening/night shift, as that will be your primary shift.

Must be available and willing to work overtime and weekends with little notice provided, shifts may be up to 12 hours.

Experience operating smaller pieces of automated printing or mailing equipment.

Experience with Detailed Project Instructions (DPI), Card Fulfillment System and FedEx Manager.

Must be able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced and deadline driven environment.

Must display strong communication skills, basic math skills and good reading skills.
