WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:The Sales Operations Specialist provides in-depth sales/operational support for Hallmark International’s business partners – subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, sales agents and direct export accounts – as well as the regional sales directors/managers. The incumbent is the key resource in fulfilling product and program requests and in resolving issues as they relate to meeting the needs of each business partner. The specialist must be highly knowledgeable about all product lines and programs, planograms, planoguides, fixtures, order processing and field sales reports. The specialist’s performance has a direct impact in achieving the sales objectives of region, and within the priorities of the region, an outstanding level of customer service must be maintained. Additionally, the specialist must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and must be able to establish relationships with regional and corporate contacts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provide sales support/customer service to export partners, regional subsidiaries, licensees and distributors to fulfill requests and/or resolve problems. Researches/investigates complex problems or inquiries; identifies and implements innovative and creative solutions. Specific duties include
Resolve varied customer issues (product, pricing, orders, fixtures, freight, etc) for multiple territories and countries.
Manage order process through to customer delivery (product, fixtures, merchandising, etc.)
Orient customers to Hallmark’s b2b commerce tool to allow them to order from planograms, view products/merchandising and ultimately line order products.
Coordinate with Distribution, Credit, Global Transportation, OMS, freight forwarders, MDM, etc. and other internal and external business partners to meet customers’ needs.
Sales Coordination: Facilitates the accurate and timely disposition of orders received from field personnel and customers:
Process orders (product & fixtures) into internal systems
Export Compliance
Program execution
Executes the timely flow of product and program information
Support customer product needs (product, fixtures, signage, etc.) for new stores and remodels.
Onboard new accounts and facilitate process to update floorplans, ensure accuracy of customer planograms/planoguides and work with product team to support revisions to keep plans current.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years experience in a customer service or sales support oriented position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners effectively.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills required
Understanding of operational parts of the business
International experience
Fluency in Spanish
Knowledge of I/T systems preferred
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
