The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
New business development in commercial banking to ensure that company growth and profitability objectives are met
Developing new commercial banking relationships for the bank and, when appropriate, service existing commercial business depository and/or loan relationships to identify additional sales opportunities
Ensuring timely and accurate assessment of risks, while also ensuring that credit relationships are risk-rated appropriately
Meeting compliance and regulatory standards for all bank products and commercial services
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Working knowledge of risk-based lending and should be able to analyze financial statements
The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Lending practices preferred
