Job Title: FSQR Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an FSQR Technician in Hutchinson, KS. You will be accountable for testing and inspecting products/processes at various stages of production. Your role will ensure the food safety, legality, quality, and authenticity of all products produced. You will conduct quality inspections, perform analytical testing, and maintain FSQR document storage and backup systems. Work flexible hours and provide after-hours support as needed.

Hard Skills

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Minimum of three (3) years related lab experience (preferred)

Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and BRC (preferred)

Intermediate proficiency with MS Office

Soft Skills

Highly self-motivated and Energy

Ability to work independently and as a team contributor

Strong knowledge of ISP and GFSI standards

Ability to understand and comply with company policies and local/state/federal regulations

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage conflict in a stressful environment

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Ability to communicate and present information effectively

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in South Hutchinson, Kansas.

Work Environment

Work performed in a plant environment with exposure to industrial operations such as temperature changes, dust, and moving machinery. Light to moderate physical lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, and move about the facility. Flexible hours and after-hours support including weekend operations may be needed.
