IT Support Technician

A TEKsystems client in Paragould, AR is seeking an IT Support Technician. The Arkansas location is a distribution center environment.

The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Technician with 2-3 years of experience. This individual will be the sole IT Technician at the Paragould, AR location and responsible for supporting another remote location. Duties will include onsite support, phone support, and will receive incident tickets through the companys ticketing system. The candidate must possess excellent customer service, and will be spending 60% of their time via remote support, and the other 40% of their time working with hardware and other hands on tasks at the Paragould, AR site. This individual will also be responsible for after hours support.

Top Skills Required

1. Hardware Troubleshooting (printers, keyboards, monitors etc.)

2. Microsoft Office Troubleshooting

3. Experience performing remote support (through ticket system)
