Overview
After 6-8 years in the industry, the Sr. Operations Manager will work alongside the Activation teams and crew to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, event sites and vehicles. As a member of the Operations team you will be involved in event build planning and execution as well trouble shooting and resolving issues pre-launch and in-market. Success is also defined by the ability to continually develop and enhance processes, and share best practices among all Activation teams.
Responsibilities
Oversee responsibility for the team and elements of operational excellence
Develop and maintain vendor relationships related to vehicle, printing, and technology goods, services, warehouse and inventory.
Learn multiple inventory processes used by our long-term storage facilities
Implement and maintain a coding system for program elements such as, audio, generators, etc
Travel to multiple local vendors to oversee event site and vehicle builds, identify and correct issues, and ensure that work remains within budget
Learn and support training teams for new driver instruction and set up of program equipment
Schedule the repair and maintenance of vehicles and maintain vehicle documents and records
DOT service experience and/or knowledge / willingness to gain CDL License
Ability to assist crew training by experience and verbal explanations
Evaluate and process multiple invoices and maintain current A/R
Travel to preferred vendors to oversee event site and vehicle builds, identify and correct issues, and ensure that work remains within budget
Schedule the repair and maintenance of vehicles and maintain vehicle documents and records
Other duties as assigned that support the overall agency, department and program goals

Qualifications
Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines
Flexibility and willingness to respond to CS and crew issues 24/7
Strong communication skills to manage crew, vendor and client service relations
Organization and project management skills to coordinate tasks and responsibilities to meet launch deadlines
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience: 6-8 years previous tour and client services experience.
