As the Manager, Learning & Development in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will create and facilitate workshops to Walmart Luminate Charter Clients on how to translate Walmarts 1st party data into actionable analyses, processes, and use cases for the various users of the product along with how they can get maximum value from it. Being on the Customer Success team means were passionate about helping all users of our products achieve maximum value from our products through a combination of training, learning resources, user community engagement, and customer health initiatives.

Youll sweep us off our feet if…

You have vast experience in Walmart Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Insights, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Modular Planning, Assortment Analytics and/or Supplier account teams

You are an expert visual presenter and written communicator

You are an effective data storyteller

You have a track record of finding new, creative, and unconventional ways to approach, analyze, and apply data

You have a passion to share your past experiences and perspectives on how Walmart Luminate data can be leveraged

Youll make an impact by…

Developing, managing, and delivering a broad portfolio of live webinar content : Focus on key areas such as Merchandising, Replenishment, Category Adviserships, Inventory Health, and Business Analytics.

Facilitating deeper dives into specific areas : Enable associates and suppliers to better utilize data and products in their respective roles.

Collaborating with the Data Ventures product team : Leverage Walmart knowledge and background to inform and support product enhancements and launches.

Minimum Qualifications…

Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years experience in Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Advisership or related area OR 6 years experience in Merchandising, Merchandising Operations, Category Advisership or related area.
