IAM Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IAM Analyst to join the team of one of their banking clients. In this role, you will be managing daily tasks through the ticketing system, ManageEngine, as well as be responsible for creating Active Directory accounts from scratch. Your primary focus will be on access provisioning, including any joiners, leavers, movers, etc. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of IAM-specific ticketing systems, familiarity with the user lifecycle, audit reviews, user role-based metrics and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, thrives in a fast paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail.

Skills and Requirements

2 years experience in Identity and Access Management Familiarity with user lifecycle, user role based matrix, audit reviews, joiners, movers and leavers, etc.

2 years of troubleshooting experience and working in ManageEngine Services or any similar ticketing system such as ServiceNow

Strong communication and has excellent documentation skills and detail-orientated Prior experience with IT or IGA (Identify Governance Administration)

Prior experience with Saviynt

Prior experience at a financial intuition null
