Job Title: BIM ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience, along with a minimum of 10 years in the industry. You will be responsible for your discipline model and generating BIM elements based on the Level of Development (LOD) outlined in the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project scope. Your role includes creating and maintaining the discipline model, systems, content, and overall digital delivery output, as well as mentoring and developing Digital Design staff within your discipline.

Hard Skills

Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure

Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tools

Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools

Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts

Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications

Proficient in Revit

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Organizational traits

Leadership and mentoring skillsets

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Dallas, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

Onsite with 1 day of choice remote
