Lead Business Execution Consultant- Consumer Lending

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Consumer Lending Risk organization.

This individual contributor will be part of the Strategy, Planning & Governance Team and will be responsible for the coordination and execution of organizational business management needs including management routines, strategic planning, and matrixed deliverables across Consumer Lending Risk.

This person will be a key driver of operating efficiency by bringing to life the critical initiatives across the organization and will report directly to the Strategy and Planning Director for Consumer Lending.

In this role, you will:

Engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.

Lead projects managing critical initiatives; recommend and implement metrics to monitor effectiveness of projects or programs; communicate clearly and timely to manage and influence key stakeholders.

Drive business results through organizational goal setting, operating model design and implementation, business case development, and data-driven measurement of work.

Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise and coach others on structuring work, optimizing the use of resources, and simplifying processes.

Generate narratives, visualizations, and/or summaries of qualitative or quantitative analysis and information, applying understanding of audience to shape reporting approach.

Communicate findings clearly and concisely; structure information in a way that enables stakeholders to draw meaningful conclusions and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5 years of experience within the financial services industry.

Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills; ability to adjust and guide discussions at multiple management levels, including executive.

Proactive and organized with demonstrated success in recognizing and understanding problems, bringing issues to resolution, and escalating as necessary to meet timelines.

Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas.

Strategic planning experience, including experience leading programs with multiple work streams and/or phases aligned, each with a defined scope and timeline.

Understanding, driving, and managing change in a large and complex matrixed organization with attention to risk mitigation.

Demonstrated ability to track and drive follow-through on proposed initiatives beyond approval through implementation while managing to tight timelines and competing priorities; successfully hold business partners accountable to meet critical deadlines.

Experience working with and influencing all levels of management across multiple lines of business, with the desire and capability to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders – supporting, enabling, and enhancing their direction and targeted results.

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.

Job Expectations:

This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 – $171,800.00
