Insurance Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Property and Casualty License (willing to obtain 30 days within hire date)

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Self-motivated

Spanish bilingual preferred

Proactive in problem-solving

Ability to make presentations to existing and potential customers

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Customer Service for existing book of business

Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives

Develops agency relationship with existing clients

Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

Performs other duties as assigned
