Your responsibilities in this role:

– Combine resources with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system

– Customary status reporting to senior leadership

– Program and supervise the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day project management, risk management, and issues

– Work together with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems

– Get heads together with leading employees to establish and enforce functionality that provides operational improvements

– Steer with various organization employees to sufficiently train on processes and procedures of ERP

– Chargeable with implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization

– Behave as the point of escalation for any issues related to the researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, ERP systems, and requests across the enterprise

– Responsible for development and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation

Requirements:

– 7 years of ERP implementation experience

– You should consider this job if you have strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP

– The person we hire should be able to demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts

– This positions most important task is to serve as key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines

– If you can thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes, you might be right for this job

– The ideal candidate for this position is able to lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions

– Practical knowledge of MM

– Demonstrated knowledge of SAP ECC

– SAP experience

– SAP CRM experience highly preferred

– Proficiency in Test Scripts

– Adeptness in ECC

– Foundational knowledge in Azure SQL Database

– Experience with SQL

– General familiarity with SAP SD

– Test Cases experience preferred

– You might be a good fit for this position if you have executed a minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects

– Resourceful project management background
