Looking for a self driven, positive leader, with the experience in overseeing multi-units in a fast paced environment. This position will be in the North East Region of our company.

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

Basic Function: To provide guidance and direction to restaurant leaders and ensure implementation and adherence to sound cost control methods and bottom line management.

Job Specifications: High school education or equivalent is required. Must have comprehensive understanding of all aspects of restaurant operations and prior management experience. Requires good interpersonal communication skills to direct leaders and work with customers. Must be able to cope with stressful situations. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem solving skills. Requires current valid Texas drivers license as work includes travel within a specific geographic area.

General Responsibilities:

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide excellence in quality, service, cleanliness and hospitality (Q.S.C. and H.).

Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers.

Enforces all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Decision Making Responsibilities: Supervises all aspects of restaurant operations; directs and counsels leaders.

Working Conditions: Requires travel within specific geographic areas. Work area temperature may be extreme and noise level may be high at times.

Consequence Of Errors: Dissatisfied customers and employees, loss of revenue.

Key Activities:

Ensures adequate staffing in 3 or more restaurants within specific geographic area.

Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.

Develops and maintains strong employee relations.

Ensures customer satisfaction.

Implements and maintains cost control procedures to ensure bottom line management and company profitability.
