You will be the Field Surveillance Program (FSP)/International Engineering Services Program (IESP) Coordinator supporting the PAC-3 Sustainment Operations Program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Field Surveillance Program (FSP)/International Engineering Services Program (IESP) Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
• Planning, managing, and facilitating reviews with multi-functional teams, Directors, and Customer to ensure alignment of Sustainment objectives.
• Collaborating with Sustainment Program Management to ensure data validity, aggregate findings, analyze trends, ensuring all are effectively communicated to Customer and Partners.
• Assigning ownership of Customer and Partner action items to program and functional stakeholders.
• Assigning suspense dates and facilitate internal discussions to ensure prompt and accurate resolutions to meet Customer deadlines.
• Providing stakeholders precise methods for data collection, evaluating constraints, and ensuring comprehensive understanding of expectations across diverse functions.
• Orchestrating collaborative sessions, garnering input from diverse stakeholders during informal reviews fostering constructive dialogue to drive project success.
• Coordinating off-site review locations for Customer and Partners as required.
• Tracking and managing internal actions using TEAMS, Jira and other tools as required.
• Developing overlapping timelines allowing for coordination of multiple reviews across separate teams.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position requires Final Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Exceptional teambuilding skills with demonstrated coordination and collaboration experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment under general guidance
• Ability to professionally communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
• Knowledge of process improvement methodology
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools, Microsoft Teams, and Jira
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Sustainment experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience leading diverse groups
• Resource management skills (people/material/time)
• Experience working with USG to understand needs and deliver tailored products.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
