[Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is seeking highly motivated Youth Development Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with youth and will be responsible for branch programming, youth program quality and branch operations. This is a part-time hourly position working with small to large groups of youth.

– High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
– Minimum 6 months of experience working with youth.

– Available to work during school year a 2:00pm – 7:00pm schedule, Monday – Friday and during summer, Monday – Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm
– Ability to be a positive role model.
– Ability to establish rapport and build relationships.
– Ability to relate to at-risk youth.
– Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
– Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
– Must be able to pass all required background screens and drug screens at any time.
