Summary:
The FC Support Manger performs daily, weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts, troubleshoots and reconciles all inventory discrepancies, and maintains all associated paperwork and ILS system information pertaining to inventory and damages for the fulfillment center. The FC Support Manager will utilize their strong communication skills to both relay internal damage findings, causes, and preventative measures with management and associates, and to work with vendors, stores, and the FC Manager concerning damage claims.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Passcode & Key Holder
Preform daily, weekly, monthly required inventory cycle counts
Troubleshoots and reconciles all inventory discrepancies within the FC and works with stores directly to reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Informs FC Manager of any discrepancies in Inventory counts that cannot be reconciled
Manages inventory data in the ILS system to match actual floor conditions
Knows and understands all inventory statuses, inventory screens and count reports in ILS.
Knows and understands how to use ILS and The Boss (Aaron’s Network) to track inventory history. This includes, but is not limited to, ILS History viewer and The Boss’ Disposal, Stick, and ILS viewers.
Work the ILS Pick Sequence Verification report weekly.
Maintains files for: cycle count reports completed with resolutions of discrepancies, over / short store discrepancies with resolutions.
Maintains a cycle count schedule
Communicates with management and associates concerning internal damage findings, causes, and preventative measures.
Trained in and maintains a good knowledge of the FC operation as a whole
Knowledge of and maintain compliance with Aarons Safety Rules – Training is provided.
Assists in Shipping or Receiving Depts. as requested by FC Manager
Utilizes RMA application on the Aaron’s Network to process damage claims for stores and for the fulfillment center.
Apply vendor to store/FC credits/discounts.
Effectively communicates with vendors, stores, and General Manager concerning damage claims.
Maintains inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly labels all items with rtoid and disposition.
Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores.
Maintains file for in-process damage claims and completed claims with proper paperwork in addition to a spreadsheet for 30-60 & 90 day vendor credit requests and monitors appropriately so that the warehouse does not incur any charges.

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferredin transportation, business or related area
Experience in the transportation industry with deep knowledge of operations and logistics.
