Job Title: Sheet Metal Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Assembly Technician to assemble sheet metal parts for helicopter ventilation systems. This is a contract-to-hire position with responsibilities including the development of assemblies for aircraft, prototyping, testing, and improving existing products. The role also involves guiding development projects through the FAA certification process and modeling parts and assemblies using SolidWorks.

Hard Skills

Knowledge of DC brushless motors and controllers

SolidWorks modeling

Prototyping of aircraft assemblies

Some composite vacuum bagging skills

This is a fully on-site position in Saginaw, Texas.

Work Environment

Team environment, non-climate controlled, Shift: 6 – 2:30pm, extensive training provided
