Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Spring, TX (77389)

Duration: Temporary (medical leave coverage until mid-March 2025 with possible extension)

Maritime services company located north Houston is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join their Global Talent Acquisition team. This temporary position is vital in supporting our recruiting efforts during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse requisition load, typically averaging 15 positions at a time.

Recruit for various roles, primarily focusing on:

Human Resources: All functions and levels within HR.

Business Development: Including all functions and levels within this area.

Occasionally assist with engineering and other roles as needed.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Report directly to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in corporate settings.

Familiarity with HR and Business Development roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions effectively.

Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a contract or temporary recruitment role.

Knowledge of engineering roles is a plus, but not required.
