[We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in a highly automated manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, streamline operations, and drive innovation in our solar panel manufacturing processes.

– Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality and drive overall improvements.
– Lead initiatives to implement Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement strategies to drive safety, quality, productivity and cost savings.
– Assist in the installation and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and tools, ensuring they meet production requirements and safety standards.
– Work closely with Supply Chain management and suppliers to source materials, components, and equipment to support production schedules and cost targets.
– Develop and maintain capacity modeling of the manufacturing equipment to define manufacturing capacity.
– Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and technical specifications.
– Develop and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting areas for improvement and tracking progress against goals.
– Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives
Minimum Education:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience required
Strong knowledge in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with CAD/CAM software for equipment design and layout optimization
Shift: Full Time / Days / Monday – Friday
Pay Details: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (Depends on Experience)
