Contributions and Employee Impact Intern: LA – Spring 2025

Your New Role

This internship will be located in the LA area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule.

Our core impact pillars include helping vulnerable communities, creating career pathways, and protecting the planet.

Your Role Accountabilities

Charitable vetting and contributions support. Research, analyze, track and recommend charities for partnerships as needed

Provide program management support for employee-focused social impact initiatives, including volunteering and company-wide campaigns

Work with non-profit partners on sponsorship fulfillment, including tribute ads, identifying guest lists and sharing opportunities with employees

Help execute external and internal communication strategies: drafting presentations, case studies, social media content and internal newsletters

Program support our flagship skills training & education programs, including Access to Action and Story Lab

Additional admin tasks as necessary

Qualifications & Experience

Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.

The ability to multi-task, stay organized and pivot, when necessary, while tracking multiple projects at once.

The ability to work well under pressure and solve problems quickly.

A positive and gracious attitude, personable.

A can-do outlook, including the ability to step in for a team member at any time.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in social media platforms.

Knowledge/passion for social impact/corporate social responsibility

Experience with event planning and/or volunteer management

Must be based in LA and able to commute to the Studio Lot in Burbank.

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)

Must be a rising Junior or Senior(18 years or older)

Must be in academic good standing ( 3.0 or above cumulative GPA)

The duration of the program is 1 2- weeks

Program dates:

Start Date: January 2 7 th

End Date: April 1 8 th

Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity .

Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required ; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided .

Interviewing will take place from October through early December . A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for roles in locations where legally required. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns
