We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Performs general clerical and receptionist duties. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Sorting and filing pick slips, ordering office/warehouse supplies; answering phones and assisting CSRs with placing customer orders. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS May be required to cross-train and serve as backup for other administrative positions, working independently or in a team-oriented environment May be required to drive to run local errands May be required to process customer payments Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply Performs all other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Normally requires high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of related office work experience to demonstrate computer proficiency and proper office communication etiquette.
