Learn more about us at https://www.hawkinsinc.com/careers/ ABOUT THE JOB The HRIS Analyst provides technology support for employee focused applications and processes, including benefits, compensation, onboarding and recruiting. This role will take on application subject matter expert responsibilities for existing and future-state HRIS applications, reporting and data integrity. Responsibilities Act as a lead between business, UKG vendor, and technical resources to effectively provide application support as well as full implementation of the performance management, survey, recruiting and business intelligence applications. Identifies areas in the HRIS system that can be automated, eliminating redundancy in process or allowing employees to self-serve. Troubleshoot complex technical issues for UKG applications by working with the employees and technical partners to effectively problem-solve, investigate, analyze and identify support issues and root cause. Works directly with IT for enhancements to onboarding and off boarding processes for managers and new hires, acquisitions, and new real estate where technology and people will be placed. Creates processes to evaluate and integrate programs and cyclical work to minimize administrative tasks and maximize impact of program for end user. Builds processes and training to help employees, manager and HR fully utilize applications and programming in the HRIS. Leverage the HRIS system to implement new processes and leverage data/reports to drive automation within the HR function. May run reporting through HRIS system for various HR needs including benefits, compliance auditing and other cyclical events. Partner with Hawkins HR to ensure projects are fully utilizing IS capabilities. Oversee functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance. Ensure data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation. Create materials and train HR Team/Employees on system use, updates, and new modules launched by HRIS System. Monitor HRIS system changes and updates and remain up to date on current versions. Communicate and execute on roll out of system updates. Create, test, and manage data interfaces with other vendor applications. Document key processes and configuration for reference and to ensure consistency. Responsible for all HR compliance reporting to include but not limited to headcount reporting, EEO Reporting, ACA reporting, along with any other compliance reporting ABOUT YOU 5 or more years technical knowledge of maintaining and administering HRIS (experience in UKG preferred) Ability to develop strong and professional relationships across all levels of the organization Possess excellent project management skills with the ability to drive multiple complex projects simultaneously Ability to gather and interpret data to provide actionable insights Self-motivated to research and problem solve Approach work in a customer-focused manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work to meet critical deadlines Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion Advanced Excel skills Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications — Outlook, Work, Teams Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office setting TRAVEL No travel required.
