Employment Horizons, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Fulfillment Support Professional for its Fulfillment Division. This role is responsible for providing support, motivation, and training to groups of disabled workers in an industrial setting to meet production and individual program goals. General Responsibilities: Check that all work components match job specifications and job samples (if available) before setting up a job in a work area. Organize and set up jobs to maximize work efficiency and client worker abilities Instruct program participants in the proper and safe use of tools and machines Train program participants in correct and efficient work procedures so they can achieve optimum productivity and quality standards. Assign program participants to work tasks according to their abilities and program goals Ensure that all jobs performed under their supervision meet quality standards as defined by the customer. Utilize praise to reinforce positive work habits and attitudes, so program participants continue to get feedback on positive behaviors Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities): High School diploma or GED An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered Two years experience as a production supervisor in multi-line operation Good organization and planning skills Good communication skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work under stress and maintain an even temperament Basic math and computer skills Employment Horizons is an equal opportunity employer.
