Job Title: R&D ChemistJob Description
As an R&D Chemist, you will develop new compounds for product innovations and improve existing compounds for better performance, efficiency, and cost competitiveness. You will provide technical support to Production and Sales and offer technical services to customers. Responsibilities include analyzing compounds, developing new formulations, investigating raw material replacements, conducting color matching, and preparing technical data sheets. You will also ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards, generate ideas for new product development, and evaluate formulations through lab verification methods.
