Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and government regulations

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high accuracy

Lead and develop warehouse team, including training, supervising, and appraising staff

Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations, inventory control, and forklift operation

Liaise with customers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service

Administer budgets and maintain financial records related to warehouse operations

Ensure quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

Oversee inventory control processes and statistical tracking

Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in a warehouse management position

Expertise in warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, and forklift operations

strong working knowledge of NetSuite, RF Smart, and Microsoft Office applications

Proven ability to manage teams and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
