Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location: Sunrise, Florida (In office 3 days/week)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (ongoing, unsure of end date)

Compensation: $55-$60/hour

Job Description:

Join a leading financial services company in Sunrise, FL (near Boca Raton)! This ongoing contract position offers the chance to create and maintain web based automated tests in a continuous integration environment, ensuring high-quality software delivery through both manual and automated testing.

We seek an experienced Quality Engineer who is passionate about automation and collaboration. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive environment that values work-life balance.

Required Skills & Experience:

BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering

5 years in Quality Assurance

5 years writing automated tests for web applications (Selenium or Webdriver.io)

3 years writing automated tests for APIs (Karate framework)

Familiarity with distributed infrastructure

Desired Skills:

Experience in the financial industry is a plus

Knowledge of agile methodologies

What You Will Be Doing

Analyzing user stories and feature grooming

Designing test cases and scenarios

Maintaining automated tests in a CI environment

Performing manual testing for usability

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly rate between $55-60/hour, as well as standard health, vision, dental benefits and more.
