Clinical Program Manager
Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote, office and/or field). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Mason, OH Elevance Health PulsePoint location.
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for assisting sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, renewal strategies, for group accounts with regard to clinical offerings.
How you will make an impact:
Makes formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients, analyzing utilization data and presenting quarterly reports and recommended future changes.
Makes formal presentations on clinical managed care programs to both new and existing accounts.
Evaluates account utilization data to identify areas to target or where the Company has an opportunity for new programming/options.
Analyzes utilization data to assist in developing additional clinical offerings / programming.
Prepares responses to RFPs and a variety of analytical reports for accounts in support of the program.
Develops relationships with consultants and/or brokers.
Stays abreast of latest trends in care management and the competitors care management.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
RN license preferred.
Individuals with a clinical background or wellness certification preferred.
Healthcare benefit industry preferred.
Individuals who are self-starters, forward thinking and have strong planning and organizational skills highly preferred.
