Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The position is located in Middletown and involves working as a maintenance technician supporting the operation of a corrugated box plant. Technicians will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance as needed throughout the facility. The role includes performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on conveyors, die cutters, corrugating machines, packaging machines, and converting machines.

Hard Skills

Previous maintenance experience working in an industrial environment

Experience working with 480v and electrical troubleshooting

PLC troubleshooting (preferred)

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Middletown, Ohio.

Work Environment

The facility is relatively clean but can get dusty at times. It is not climate-controlled, so candidates need to be comfortable working in both warm and cool environments. The facility is a union shop, requiring candidates to join the union after a 60-day probationary period. All machinery in the facility is newer, purchased in 2015, with the Corrugator being the last machine to be replaced.
