Temp-Administrative Assistant – 13219

Provide high level administrative support for the senior administrative team and Site Ops & Engineering team.  Will assist with day to day administrative tasks and events planning as assigned.  Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, contractors, and vendors is important.  Experience with MicroSoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Teams is a must. Previous experience with recording and executing meeting minutes is a plus.  Must be able to work in an open office environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

– Two year degree plus 2 years administrative support experience preferred.
– Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).  Outlook and calendaring experience including remote meetings software is a must.
– Previous experience executing meeting minutes is a plus. 

Working Conditions:

– May require overtime hours including occasional night and weekend hours.
– Open office environment.

– While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
