Formulation Technician

Kelly is currently seeking a Formulation Technicians in Cincinnati, OH. If youre looking for an opportunity to gain experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Pay:

$23.00/hour

Shifts Available:

6:00pm – 6:30am Thurs-Sat

What’s a typical day as a Formulation Technician? You’ll be:

Manually assembling tubing and connectors used in the medical industry

Reading manufacturing drawings and following standard operating procedures

Manufacturing bags following product blueprints and utilizing standard operating procedures

Utilizing a tape measure to build products according to customer requirements

Recording and completing accurate documentation according to GMP requirements

Driving a culture of safety and quality in all activities

Performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and escalating when appropriate

Working with a team in a fast-paced environment to assemble products

Participating in the Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) culture

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have the ability to work in a team environment

Possess basic math skills

Have good verbal/written communication skills

Pay attention to detail while maintaining a quality product

Are able to perform repetitive work duties

Can follow standard operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

Previous production experience

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as required for production schedule adherence

Work in a clean-room which is a controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise

Must be able to wear gowning which includes: gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like

Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene

Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping

Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling
