Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Leader will play a key role in managing maintenance aspects of capital projects and initiatives to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. This position supports the End-to-End Manager and PEM to ensure all planned maintenance activities are executed with high quality and in time to meet vertical startup. A key aspect of this role will be consistent collaboration with both internal and external partners including but not limited to Factory Operations, Leadership, and Vendors.

Hard Skills

Creation of maintenance plans

Assets identification for Functional Location (FLOC) Creation

Coordinate with the Technical Store on creation of assets BOM and spare parts classification

Evaluate Spare Parts Lists, determine critical spare parts for equipment, and ensure spare parts are procured and available during commissioning and startup

Soft Skills

Collaboration with factory on identification of maintenance requirements

Coordinate with factory and division to evaluate OEM Spare Parts Lists

Collaborate with factory and division on identification of PM Tasks by equipment

Ensure the creation and optimization of the maintenance plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of the maintenance planning system

Deploy predefined reports to facilitate review of maintenance indicators

Coordinate assessment of storeroom for storage of new parts/equipment components

Coordinate with the maintenance team and ensure equipment, line readiness, and safety

Ensure the achievement of business objectives i.e., line performance, safety measures and product qualification

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 18 Month(s).

Work Environment

Will work remote or in office. Travel to factory site locations expected (up to 35% travel).
