Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The chosen candidate will handle cradle-to-grave responsibilities, including taking prints and job orders, ordering parts from quality, machining fixtures, setting up CNC machines, running the first part, and performing 1st part inspections with mics and calipers. Once the machine is set up and proven to be working, you will machine the entire order.

Hard Skills

CNC Lathe/Mill Experience

CNC Set Up-Lathe

Experience with 2-4 axis machines

Set up CNC machine

Operate CNC mill or CNC lathe

Machine parts with tight tolerance

1st article inspection

Machine change overs

Tool management

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Westfield, Indiana.

Work Environment

Shift 1: Monday – Friday 6AM – 4:30PM (1 opening)

Shift 3: Sunday Evening – Friday Morning 8PM – 6:30AM (2 openings, $1.25 shift differential for night shift)

Location: Westfield area. The facility manufactures bearings, adapter sleeves, lockplates, locknuts, pillow blocks, seals, and caps, employing over 100 employees.
