Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
This company is a large manufacturing facility that primarily makes magnetic wire at this facility. This magnetic wire is used for several industries but primarily serves the automotive industries. They also serve industries such as residential and commercial appliances, energy, and industrial sectors. Candidates will be responsible for machine operating, storing finished products in the warehouse, performing quality inspections, and welding. The machines are mostly automated, and candidates will ensure they operate correctly and to the customers specifications. Candidates will be certified on the forklift, though previous experience or certifications are a plus. Forklift operation will constitute about 15% of the time. Candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, with anything over that weight moved using an overhead crane or forklift. Safety is a major focus for this role. This is a career position, not a temporary one. Training can take up to 6 months, and it may take up to a year for candidates to fully understand the process. There is significant career advancement and financial growth potential.

This facility is a very clean environment. It can get loud and hot in some areas depending on the department. The facility is growing, with plans to expand the warehouse and install new lines.
Shift
1st – 8AM-8PM on a 2/2/3 schedule
3rd – 8PM-8AM on a 2/2/3 schedule
Pay
1st = $20.40/hr
3rd = $21.65/hr
