Multi Site Customer Service Coordinator

This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh members. Under the direction of the Enterprise Services Manager (ESM) or Area Operations Manager (AOM), this key role supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area.
Primary Responsibilities
Support daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area.
Assist management with process improvement and ensure compliance with operational best practices.
Collaborate with Field Implementation Managers on new customer account implementations.
Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training peers.
Develop and maintain Site Procedure Guides and ensure their accuracy and compliance.
Conduct daily inspections of site services for safety and compliance.
Collect feedback to enhance customer experience and escalate issues to ESM/AOM.
Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a customer-focused environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience
High school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience; post-high school education preferred.
Must have a valid, violation-free drivers license and reliable transportation.
Intermediate skill level in common software applications.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions
Office or warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
May involve physical effort, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Frequent local car travel required, with some schedule flexibility for varying site hours.
