Mon-Fri 3pm – 11pm

If so, this position is for you!!An established catering company in the Orange City, IA area is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join their growing team! As the Retail Supervisor,youll play a vital role in leading our retail dining services operations.

Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership:Supervise and support a team of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
– Customer Service:Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing personalized assistance.
– Sales and Merchandising:Drive sales performance by implementing effective merchandising strategies, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data.
– Store Operations:Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Maintain an organized system of retail record keeping.
– Reporting:Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.

Requirements:

– High School diploma or equivalent required, additional training or experience preferred.
– ServSafeCertification and Previous retail sales experience preferred.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
– Ability to operate computers and registers.
– Ability to effectively lead employees in a positive, professional manner.

Benefits and Pay:

– $17.00 – $19.00/hr. DOE
