will report out of the Middleton, WI office 3 days a week and has the
opportunity to work remotely the other 2 days. Total Targeted Annual
Earning of $87,900 As an Account Executive-MDU Sales, you are a
seasoned and results-orientated person that acts as a strategic
negotiator to implement sales strategies aimed at securing and growing
market share in Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) properties throughout the TDS
footprint. You lead a geographic territory to build TDSs market
position within a specific vertical customer segment. You provide
powerful, consistent messaging that maximizes brand awareness and sales
results. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with
clients, influencers and decision-makers – developers, MDU owners and
property management companies. You present proposals, negotiate and
secure signed commitments for Right of Entry (ROE), Bulk solutions,
exclusive and/or shared marketing agreements. The core responsibilities
include continuously identifying new opportunities to build the sales
funnel, partner with engineering workgroups to coordinate design and
activations at new and existing sites, and work with other sales and
marketing teams to maximize customer product penetrations within the MDU
customer segment. In this role you will interface regularly with high
level clientele, including but not limited to: C-Suite Executives,
Property Owners, Coop/Condo/HOA Board Members, Building Managers,
Developers and MDU consulting organizations. Consistent new business
development through cold calling and prospecting with a drive to succeed
and growing business in a quota driven environment are critical to your
success. The salary listed for this position is encompassing of both the
base salary, as well as what one might expect to earn when meeting
established sales quotas. The actual offer amount will carefully
consider multiple factors, such as relevant skills, qualifications, work
experience, location and/or competencies that align with the specified
