About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced Business Execution Senior Manager with strong experience producing exceptional results to highly complex, enterprise-wide challenges relating to datacenter and cloud migrations at scale.
This role will improve our datacenter exits and cloud migration velocity with a customer first mindset. In this position, the candidate will focus on leading application migration portfolios managers who align to each of the CIOs, driving integrated planning, resolving migration challenges, improving operational performance and readiness with a proven track record for problem solving.
The Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) is a multi-year technology transformation program run by an internal Program Management Office. It comprises a broad matrix of leaders, partner groups, functions, and vendors that work together to execute on our Cloud and Digital Infrastructure Strategies. The transformation includes the building of new datacenters and public cloud environments, exiting all existing datacenters, and the migration of all apps to new datacenters or public cloud. DISP PMO is the group charged with governing the executing of the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program, in partnership with broad matrix of leaders, partner groups, functions, and vendors.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and execution measurement of the overall data center exits as part of DISP.
Partner with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), CIO DISP Accountable Executives (CDAEs), Cloud & DC Exit Champions, and multiple CTO groups to achieve high fidelity integrated plans and drive timely execution.
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargos policies and DISP objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Recommend opportunities for application migration process improvement
Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complexity deliverables
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive DISP outcomes
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3 years Management experience
3 years of experience with datacenter migrations and/or cloud migrations
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading and partnering cross-functionally with other technical teams (i.e. data ingestion, infrastructure, operational systems) to align priorities and achieve deliverable outcomes

Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
Excellent ability to lead through influence
Highly adaptable and flexible
Experience working directly with executive leadership
Cloud certification (e.g., AZ-900)
Job Expectations:
Expected to be in office three days a week
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 – $250,000.00
