Hybrid in Minneapolis

Join a team 12-15 who focus on analytics for all of Marketing! You will be responsible for an array of analytics work, digital analytics, marketing programs, and targeting opportunities. One of the most recent undertaking is on personalization across the enterprise. You will also be responsible for journey analytics- – how many people are a part of this campaign? Is it successful? Are they enrolling in other products?

Top 3 Requirements:

Help shape product strategy through analysis of traffic sources, patterns, conversion trends, visitor pathways, abandonment analysis, and event performance delivering goals such as traffic, leads, sales, media efficiency and ROI.

Validating tagging and usability within both Adobe Analytics UI as well as raw clickstream data – during feature releases as well as any necessary regression testing

Identify opportunities for deep-dive analyses that drive tangible business results. Present data in a clear and compelling way to communicate insights, tell a story, and influence strategy.

Work closely with business partners to develop pre-project measurement plans, develop reporting business requirements, technical analytics tagging requirements, and produce post launch reports. Participate as a project team member in intra-departmental and cross-departmental projects.

Responsible for one or more analytic tools owned by the analytics team. Is a subject matter expert for those tools and create a strategy for maximizing their benefits and effectiveness.

Assist in dataset creation including data extraction, derived and dependent variable creation, and data quality control processes for analytics, model development, and validation. May monitor execution of analytical solutions, including criteria specification, data sourcing, segmentation, analytics, selection, delivery, and back-end data capture results. Partner closely with leader and others to ensure proper delivery.

Under direction of the Sr. Leader, collaborate with business leaders and/or analysts to provide analytical thought leadership and support for business problems. Help identify and interpret business needs, define high-level business requirements, strategy, technical risks, and scope. Develop, document, and communicate business-driven analytic solutions and capabilities, translating modeling and analytic output into understandable and actionable business knowledge.

Summary:

Support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis and omni channel measurement for assigned line of business. Manage large data sets, providing information-based decision logic and translates modeling/analytic output into understandable/actionable business knowledge, insight and applications. Demonstrate strong technical/problem solving skills. Support multiple projects collaboratively. Produce business strategic results dashboards, create ad hoc reports, target audiences, for websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and on-line search initiatives.

Requirements

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.

3-5 years of experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools and skills.

1-2 years of leadership experience

2 years of big data wrangling in AWS, google studio or Azure environments using SQL

Ability to distill key insights, actions, and/or recommendations from analyses conducted.

In-depth knowledge of company operations and processes, with ability to articulate these processes to others.

Build strong relationships & communications with colleagues, as well as influencing customers on recommendations

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred

• Masters Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or similar field

• Experience working on digital data ingestion and curation for data lakes

• Familiarity with data visualization software such as PowerBi or Tableau

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Alteryx or DataIKU

• Familiarity with web development technologies such as Java script tagging and HTML.

• Familiarity with report automation technologies such as Adobe Report Builder, and configuring data feeds to automatically update reports.

• Familiarity with Voice of Customer analytics tools such as Qualtrics
