Penmac Staffing has teamed up with a financial-planning company in the Baxter area in search of an Administrative Assistant to add to their team! We are looking for friendly, outgoing candidates who want to turn their current administrative skills and experience into a long-term career with a local, family- and community-oriented company that they can grow and advance with. This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Fridays, from 8/8:30-4:30/5pm, and we are looking for somebody to start right away! Job Duties: -Greet clients and guests with a friendly smile and create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone -Answer and direct phone calls appropriately and take messages for staff when necessary -Maintain calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments between staff members, guests, and clients -Handle and sort mail, organize files, and prepare reports -Correspond with staff members, clients, and guests via telephone, email, and in person for various reasons, such as to provide general information and follow-up, assist with guest and clients questions and needs, schedule meetings, etc. -Provide other assistance around the office as needed Compensation: -Starting pay is $18 per hour Please apply online at penmac.com, or submit your r sum to brainerd@penmac.com.
