Location/Schedule:

OGorman Junior High

1:30pm-10pm

Responsibilities:

– Promote the mission of Bishop OGorman Catholic Schools
– Keep buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition, including daily pickup of trash and debris
– Daily – clean and/or mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains, assist with minor repairs, clean windows and vacuum
– General maintenance of building
– Dust tops of lockers
– Clean snow from sidewalks, driveways and other areas on school grounds
– Set up and take down equipment/chairs and tables, etc. for all events at/related to the school
– When applicable, open and lock the school buildings
– Promote a positive public image to students, staff and community through cooperation and attitude
– Preventative maintenance – waxing, sealing, patching, painting, etc.
– Perform various duties as assigned

– Knowledge and skills in cleaning supplies and equipment, inventory control and time management

– Ability to climb ladders, lift at least 50 lbs., and operate heavy machinery
