Providence is calling a Senior Business Analyst – Risk, Liability & Claims who will:

• Serve as an internal consultant
• Be responsible for providing recommendations to our regional and system executive clients on how to be successful in value-based arrangements
• Be an excellent communicator
• Synthesize complex value based care performance results into understandable outputs
• Develop strategic insights into readiness for adoption of additional risk in the system and regions risk arrangement portfolio
• Gain actionable insights from internal tools and other population health sources in order to provide thought leadership to service areas
• Ensure the Value Based Care and Population Health Informatics successful completion of service level agreements with internal partners and OKRs within the teams performance management structure

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelors Degree in Health Informatics, BSE, BBA, Statistics, Computer Science, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 4 years of experience communicating with healthcare leadership and front-line caregivers
• 2 years of experience working with healthcare claims and / or electronic medical record billing data

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries
• 2 years of management consulting or technical consulting experience
